Structural Calculation
We use ANSYS software to examine the stability of the complete machine via analyzingand calculating the stress, rigidity, fatigue, stability andwheel pressure of the structure.

Stress Analysis
After modeling procedure, we would carry out the stress analysis for the mechanism to understand the stress distribution of the mechanism.

Model Building
Check the stress condition and analyze the feasibility of retrofit.

2、Electrical Design

  We provide electrical design solutionfor port equipment. Through scientific rigorous calculation and selection, the perfect combination of control unit and execution unit could be achieved, which ensures the equipment safe, economic and high efficient operation.

· Combine port lifting equipment design experience, provide reasonable overall control concepts.
