XMPE-S possesses the ISO9001:2008 certificate and is constantly endeavoring for improvement to ensure a better quality assurance system. Our quality assurance system is involved in every procedure such as vendor selection, production supervision and aftersales service etc.

1.Vendor Selection

We evaluate our vendors with our internal supplier sourcing & evaluation procedure, and only purchase from the qualified vendors to ensure our production capacity and products quality.

2.Production Supervision

We prepare ITP for our products before production and in order to ensure our product quality, we follow up the production progress with our vendors on a weekly basis. Engineers or third party would be delegated to the workshop at check points stated on our ITP. What is more, as for materials for the main parts, we would randomly choose the material for inspection and send to professional inspection institution such as SGS for inspection and will only accept materials that are proved to be qualified.

3.Aftersales Service

After products are delivered to clients, we would get feedback from clients about the performance of our products and timely deal with any requests or complaints from our clients if any.
